The image pack can be downloaded from the link below. It is a PowerPoint slide deck formatted for A5 paper. There are 148 slides in the deck. These can be printed out, or if you want something a bit more robust that will last for more than just this workshop, DoxDirect is quick and will post them directly to you. I have printed these out on A5 white satin 300g card in colour.
